Durio Buy & Win Contest – Terms & Conditions

Contest Period & Entry Criteria

The Durio Buy & Win Contest (“Contest”) will commence from 20th June 2025, 12:01 AM until 31st July 2025, 11:59 PM (Malaysian Time) (“Contest Period”).

Any entries received after the Contest Period will be deemed invalid and disqualified.

Eligibility

This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens who hold a valid identification card, excluding:

• Employees of Durio PPE Sdn. Bhd. (“The Organiser”),

• Immediate family members of said employees,

• Distributors, dealers, affiliated partners,

• Advertising and promotional agencies associated with this Contest.

How to Participate

To enter the Contest, participants must:

1. Purchase any Durio product worth RM40 or more in a single receipt from any authorized reseller, either in-store or online, within the Contest Period.

2. Scan the QR code provided in the promotional material or on the packaging.

3. Submit the required personal details and upload proof of purchase via WhatsApp as directed after scanning.

Important Notes:

• Multiple entries are allowed. More entries = more chances to win!

• Participants must retain the original receipt or order confirmation for verification purposes:

  • In-store purchases: Printed receipts only.

  • Online purchases: Screenshot of completed order with visible Order ID and amount.

  • Illegible, damaged, altered or duplicated receipts will not be accepted.

• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent, unclear, or non-compliant.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

• All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

• The Organiser reserves the right to replace prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value without prior notice.

Winner Selection & Announcement

• Winners will be selected based on criteria solely determined by Durio PPE.

• Winners will be announced via Durio’s official social media platforms or other online channels after the Contest ends (on or after 7 August 2025).

• Each selected winner must respond within 7 working days from the date of notification with their full name, IC, contact details, and delivery address.

• If a selected winner fails to respond within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another participant at the Organiser’s discretion.

• Durio PPE reserves the right to disqualify entries or revoke any prize awarded if there is suspicion of misconduct or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Additional Terms

• By participating, you are deemed to have accepted all Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by the decisions of the Organiser.

• Participants consent to provide personal data for the purpose of prize fulfillment.

• The Organiser reserves the right to publish the names, photos, and/or entries of winners for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes without compensation.

• Durio PPE reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify the Contest or any part thereof, including the T&C, without prior notice.
